Contenu

Tanikely is a 25-minute boat ride away. On arrival, Ginot presents a reef map: north side for turtles, south for plate corals, centre for colourful reef fish.

Before entering the water, check mask and snorkel, apply reef-safe sunscreen and put on a life vest to float effortlessly. Slip fins on in the water to protect the sand.

Breathe slowly, keep a 2-metre distance from turtles and avoid touching corals or starfish. A surface buoy is available for kids or beginners.

Between sessions, climb the lighthouse for a 360° panorama. Picnic lunch under the shade of filaos, followed by a second snorkel depending on the tide.
